Housing support

Finding housing is hard. Keeping it shouldn't be harder.

Atlas helps eligible Medi-Cal members navigate housing challenges - from finding a place to live, to getting settled and staying securely housed. We help coordinate available housing support and guide you through the process.

What this usually feels like

  • You don't have a stable place to live.
  • You're staying somewhere temporary and need something more permanent.
  • You've found housing, but heed help with the move-in process.
  • You're worried about losing the housing you already have.

Formally, this service is Community Supports (CS). You do not need to know the program name to ask for help.

What we do

How Atlas helps

Providing shelter, safety, and stability through Medi-Cal — so you can heal, live independently, and avoid higher levels of care.
1

We find which support you can get

Availability differs by health plan and county — we check what is actually offered where you live.

2

We handle the request

Atlas prepares and submits the authorization request to your Medi-Cal plan and follows up on it.

3

We help you take the next step

Once approved, we connect you with available housing support and guide you through what comes next.

4

We stay on it

If something is denied or delayed, your care team looks for the next workable option instead of stopping.
